CAREERS

Since 1993, BIA has been a recognized leader in the field. BIA promotes a contagious hope, and a belief in all that is possible for individuals diagnosed with Autism.

How Does BIA Differ from Other Employers?

We offer supportive work environments with unprecedented supervision and team collaboration! You will receive constant hands-on training, opportunities for outside development, and career guidance. You will feel part of a high impact team of professionals. Additionally, BIA believes that being connected to those you work with and having FUN is an important part of being successful and happy at work. Just a few of the events we have throughout the year are staff socials, "celebrate with a slice" for staff birthdays, drawings to win prizes, and other family events at our clinics. Check out the video below!

All BIA staff undergo extensive training in order to become a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT).

Certification as a Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) demonstrates autism-specific competency and a commitment to consumer safety by entry-level individuals who treat the deficits and behaviors associated with autism spectrum disorder using the principles and procedures of applied behavior analysis and under the supervision of a qualified health care professional.
